Some ideas to improve practical 1.

Improve set up:

  • find alternative to conda for installing nextflow (singularity? local install by IT?)

Simplify some questions:

  • simplify nextflow config and conda environment creation, push to the end or make it a bonus question

Now provide docker/singularity container, and removed config and conda env creation question
