[ENHANCEMENT] Speaking speed feature

It would be great if you guys implemented a feature that allows to change the speaking speed of audio generated by edge tts before rvc conversion. This feature is implemented in this repository https://github.com/kryef/edge-tts-webui and works great.
Thanks for your recommendation! In the next applio release this feature will be added.
