Improvement: VTF backpack icons

In lower resolutions, the loadout screen's icons cut off. I think the use of VTF icons would remedy this issue. Thanks in advance.
Yeah the wide and tall was just enough to fit them in 1920x1080 now should be good for lower resolutions as well!
