Tutorial 23: Memory Error

I am trying to run the df = weather.load_resampled_data() command, but I get an Memory Error everytime.
I am running Python version 3.6+, tf version 1.12, and I have 8 GB of RAM, GeForce 840M
Perhaps you don't have enough RAM.
