Have a dev environment with some vizualisation and debuging capabilities

Expected behavior and actual behavior.
If we do not have a proper editor we would probably at least want some proper metrics and a panel for visualizing the pipelines and the real time progression of processing. May be a grafana plugin could be developed using the REST API we had to query the status of things and update configurations ?
