yes that is offical, sadly emo is only on a chinese app which is hard to get in, plus you can't do custom songs :(

I was trying to get to this app but I was unable to get through chinese phone number verification. I read somewhere that it is there for testing and it only give you few options but I was unable to try it on my own, such a pity.
Hopefully they will share this app worldwide.
