When trying to use InjectAhkDll the _Struct and sizeof is missing?

When trying to use When trying to use InjectAhkDll it fails since _Struct and sizeof is missing?

I tried copy them from ahkdll-v1-release, but they don't seem to be compatible.

I have changed to use built-in Struct function, compatible with AHK_H only
