Release HotCocoa 0.6

There will be a HotCocoa 0.6 release, hopefully soon, to rubygems. This issue is to keep track of the remaining tasks that need to be completed.

• AppSpec should support an attribute for arbitrary plist values
• AppBuilder should be more thoroughly tested (automatically, that is)

If you know of any other tasks that should be completed before release, please leave a comment (or edit the issue message).

Remaining tasks:

• convert remaining example apps to new project template
• finish writing some tests for the notification listener
• fix lazy loading of mappings to be lazier

Probably the release will happen on Monday or Tuesday unless something else happens.

The remaining tasks are now completed. Making lazy loading even lazier did not work, it seemed to make HotCocoa load ever slower...

Release will be tomorrow (maybe late at night tonight), unless there are any issues found...
