Australia and Greenland should have people

Why do Australia and Greenland exist on the default map if by default nobody will reach them because there are no boats?

(i.e. in general, how can that be solved?)

Placement of people is entirely random. The world map is just an image, it's not meant to be realistic :p
Anyways, I have seen people randomly placed in Greenland etc

There are few ways I am planning to solve this.

  1. Add swimming/ boats.

  2. Allow manual placement options.
