[Bug] 语音朗读功能手机端经常不work

Bug Description

在iphone手机微信打开网址或者safari浏览器打开网址，使用朗读功能，经常不能发出声音，可以看到有出现小喇叭放大的，应该在播放中的意思，但是没有声音，有时候文字比较短的时候会有声音。

Steps to Reproduce

如下图所示，在微信打开链接，并使用朗读功能，没有声音

Expected Behavior

预期需要有正确的声音播放出来
