Magic Eightball not responding to questions

The bot is no longer responding to magic eightball questions, ex:
Hive13Bot: Will this work?
Instead it is interpreting the "Hive13Bot" as a command akin to "!Will this work?" and is failing out with a suggestion that the user try "plugins" to see a list of available commands.
