Arcade / Casual mode

I can only speak for myself but the standard mode gets really fast at some point.
Way too fast for me anyway 😄

Also doesn't help that you sound like a maniac when you mash your arrow keys like crazy.
(Note: This only applies when slacking off work)

So something like a casual mode or an endless mode would be a cool feature.
