Failed To Read TPM device attributes From EK certificate

I'm trying to use the tool with the Spire TPM DevID attestation. I m using the GCP VM (it is virtual TPM)
I follow all steps to generate the certs in the conf folder. and this happened
FATA[0000] Provisioning failed: enrollment process failed: receiving signed certificates failed: rpc error: code = Unknown desc = could not read TPM device attributes from EK certificate: no Subject Alternative Name
anyone can help ?
