importing file with "é" in name fails

It seems that this works for saving and opening .heeks file.
But when I save a file and name it "spécial.heeks", when I look in Windows Explorer, the name is "spécial.heeks", so this needs fixing too.
If I name the file "spécial.heeks" in Windows Explorer, I can't open it in HeeksCNC. I get the error "Failed to open file".
