Unable to import a simple DXF file

[Google Code Exporter]

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start new heeks file
2. Import attached DXF

What is the expected output?
Corresponding shapes.

What do you see instead?
Nothing, no error, no warning, no shape.
