Improve D3 visualization

In D3 visualization:
- By default, there will be a grey grid of cubes as background
- Size of cubes depends on width/height of board
- When a number records is bigger than x size of cube shrinks
- When the user hovers over cubes, a tooltip appears to let user know the category and task of hovered record
