You cant have the same listener and connect port and the only working one is 19132 so you would need to find servers that don't use it

Also for now Bedrock servers need to have Xbox auth off and probably need to be on LAN
I fixed all my issues with versions and made a private test server that is pocketmine 1.16.220 it has all auth verification disabled that I could I did the thing with bluestacks as for me at least I cannot connect to a server hosted on the same device so did that and when I join it does actually try to join how it should but the proxy does not send something right and console of pocket mine says "Failed to verify keychain link signature." And in the proxy packet log, it says "{messageSkipped:false,kickMessage:"Invalid session. Reason: Failed to verify keychain link signature."} " So I think you should add a thing where a user can override and send premade chain data with the login packet and this error should stop happening
