Issue with DirectX HashLink

Basically getting the basics of Heaps done, reading the documentation, adding bitmaps.
They looked a little weird but I ignored them thinking that's just how they look.
I compiled a sample and the bitmaps look a bit weird.
Note that I cant compile in SDL because my pc doesn't support OpenGL 3.2.
This happens with DeadCell aswell
DirectX Version is DirectX 11 I don't know if that's the same as DirectX3D
