Tooltip arrows do not appear on first mouseover

Beginning with the second time there's a tooltip (any tooltip) it has an arrow as it should. flixil-ui 2.1.0, flash
I can reproduce this in the Tooltips demo. For some reason it seems to be important that the mouse doesn't hover over the flash player window as it starts up to reproduce it.
