Why did my code show blank entries on Opensea?

Currently at the end of Hashlips Part 1 minting 10000 nfts video. I am minting them on the Polygon network, and the entries have shown up on Opensea, however, it is just a blank image and nothing in the description or anything. Please let me know if you have any insight on this. Thanks!
