Pasted text not showing up

I'm running on macOS Big Sur Version 11.2.3
Using Quiver Version 3.2.7 (201)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new note in a notebook
2. Give the note a title
3. Specify Code Cell (any lanuage)
4. Paste in code content

Results
Nothing appears to happen after the paste and no code is displayed. If I click a different note and then come back to the note that I just created, I can then see the content that I pasted.

If I try to edit a note, I can't see where the cursor is and can't see anything that I type. If I click a different note and then com back to the note that I was editing, I can then see the changes.

At this point the app is pretty useless and I feel like I just wasted $10 in the Apple apple store for this app.

I like the app and it would be useful, but not being to see what you paste or type is a showstopper.
