FT-897D - Seems the FT897 does not support rig split correctly or reading/setting of VFOB.

Summary:
Instructions for working with flrig and Log4OM (based on notes provided by Mike W9MDB at https://sourceforge.net/projects/hamlib-sdk/files/JTware-Deployment/JTWare-FLRig-GridTracker-Log4OM.docx ) Fail with FT-897D unless "VFO Mode" is deselected in Log4OM.
Note that flrig is used as the main command tool for the FT-897D + SCU-17
