Please Maintain a Dashboard for all the Pull Request of Hackatoberfest2020
according to the status like active,merged and closed

This is very much out of scope for this application and we likely wouldn't be able to do this as we'd risk leaking or being accused of leaking PII around who is participating in Hacktoberfest.

This would make for a great community project though, to track all PRs within repos that have the hacktoberfest topic, as that should be an easy(ish) data set to establish that is completely public.
