More than 4 pull requests doesn't have a plus icon in light mode

Describe the bug
When the pull requests go beyond 4, then there appears [+] icon below that in dark mode. But in light mode it doesn't appear to be like that instead just has a blank space.
Expected behavior
Similar to the dark mode, that [+] icon should appear in light mode as well.
