Describe the bug
Light pink color across main page does not meet sufficient contrast guidelines. Text with #FF8AE2 color on white #FFFFFF background does not pass; contrast ratio is 2.1. Note this is only for 'Light Mode'. No color contrast issues in Dark Mode
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to https://hacktoberfest.digitalocean.com/
- Run WAVE or Tota11y plugin to detect errors
Expected behavior
Color ratios for text content should meet 4.5 according to WCAG

One color choice that passes is #ed5acd. ColorSafe is another great tool to find accessible color pairs
I've shared this feedback with our design team, hopefully we'll be able to address this before the site in this repository goes live, but I cannot promise anything at this point.
