Merge the 2 user data articles

These two articles were originally written in a time where individual techniques got their own articles. Realistically, since they achieve the same thing, through the same mechanism, they should be merged. In addition, I should add some additional context for the article.
Side note: Need to add a reference to Daniel's previous work (See DM on Cloud Security Forum)
