More event-agnostic content

Most (if not all) of our content so far has been very HackIllinois focused. If we want to add more generic Open Source community content, we should gently widen the scope of our content.
Some topics to cover (also in our timeline drive folder):
- Why you should care about OSS / Why we care about OSS
- How the acquisition of GitHub affects students
- "My first experience with OSS" or some similar style of beginner guide
Please add more to this list! These should be easier/shorter to write than most of our other content so far, so it's a great place to start off from
