Blog Post - Change scroll with mouse to be the same as arrow on picture.

Using the arrow, the page automatically scrolls down to the blog post, removing the picture completely. Scrolling with a mouse should do the same ( in my opinion ).

I think jumping is generally pretty jarring, especially on larger displays. It should be fine to have the arrow and scrolling behave differently.
