Hitbox support

Todo :
- Find a Java wrapper for Hitbox's API (or create one)
- Change commands (add/remove channel mainly) to support hitbox/twitch
- Store necessary data to know if channel is Twitch or Hitbox (possible structure change here)
- Possible other smaller things that I don't think about
