doesnt load

i extracted, "the folder" to interface addons folder, and it doesnt show up under addons in game. i downloaded from https://github.com/Grymskvll/Postal-Returned/archive/v1.1.zip that link. the folder's name is Postal-Returned-1.1. i dont find it anywhre listed in addons when i click the button. i dont even know what to do
I realise this was several years ago now but for anyone looking for a solution to this problem in future: you downloaded the wrong ZIP. Look higher on the release page - you DO NOT want the source ZIP. :)
