Cheap Shot gives +0% damage instead of +50%

I think it's supposed to be +50%? Can't tell if it's bugged or if it's just the loc that's wrong

Yeah, it's bugged - the move action works, but the +50% damage doesn't. Also, if it's supposed to be competitive with Serial, maybe make it work with other turn-ending standard shots, like Deadeye or Sting.
