Client crash sometimes occurs on map change (seen by SamiFi and Gorthaur)

Initial investigation seems to indicate that the crash does not occur without the match summary hooks.
We'll have to see if this is worth fixing given that the final match summary solution will be on the server side and doesn't need any client side hooks.
Fixed in tamods 1.18 and taserver v2.7.0
