Modify firewall through game server launcher

Modify the login server to tell the game server launcher over the open TCP connection to modify the firewall instead of launching the modifyfirewall script. The launcher can connect to the locally running taserverfirewall. Those scripts should remain separate if the launcher does not require admin.
