Do I need to set Credit Card in OpenAI to use gpt 3.5?
I get this error #149
" you did not initialize your OpenAI API key with a proper payment method. To use the tool, a valid payment method (credit card) shall be added to OpenAI account"
Yes. OpenAI now requires credit cards to use the models.
