Name: Managed Wallets List
Description: As a logged-in wallet admin user, I want to be able to see the list of managed wallets.

Acceptance Criteria:
The page should display a grid with the list of managed wallets. It should have columns: “Wallet Id”, “Name”, “Number of tokens in wallet”, “Created at date
The grid should have server-side paging.
The column “Name” and “Amount of tokens” should be sortable
