Update the manifests to the latest state

We've merged a few plugins into the server core recently.
The master.json manifest here is outdated and will not work anymore.
TODO:
- Update the manifests to our recent state from our internal project repo.
- if possible also pull in the latest stable versions: 5.0 and 5.1
