Glitch in project list

Teem loads the project list. After a while, it loads more projects and puts some them before the projects already loaded. It produces a weird feeling
Couldn't we use the same sort order in the query and in the view so this glitch doesn't happen? What do you think @atfornes ?
The first featured projects had a value of "true" which was inconsistent with the new value, which saves the date in integer format (which BTW is inconsistent with the way we are saving the rest of dates, in JSON format)
I have set the value of first featured projects to "1476952023880"
