Update to cxf 2.7.3 to ease support for NTLM authentication

Be great if there was an example provided for NTLM authentication configuration as well.

I will do some work on this soon. Work is pretty slammed lately. I need to look at the change log for 2.7.x and see what changed and also upgrade cxf plugin if possible. In the meantime pull reqs are always welcomed. 👍

given cxf 3.0 has been released in the meantime, an update to that would be even better.
