support for InFaultInterceptors

Hi Christian,
We are having trouble getting our custom InFaultInterceptor to fire and I noticed that you do not support this configuration in the plugin. Can you explain why? Our understanding is that if you are acting as a client, you would expect faults to be in the incoming chain back from the service provider.
