Level-style contributing?

In order to bootstrap an ecosystem for jschan as quickly as possible, do you think having a contributing rule similar to levelup might help?

that's actually pretty much what I was thinking already.
with the caveat that we should skip the whole pull request thing while we are still very few in number,
and we don't actually have an API yet.
