google-maps component not loaded in few mobile devices only (moto g, samsung galaxy j7 etc)?

I am really puzzled as to why it is happening. it is working on many devices as mi , one plus, and other devices. i even tried to give the container of map fixed height and fixed in px and still i am not able to see the map on these devices?
