Versioning and notifications using GitHub releases

Hi and thanks for all the work on GoldenChaos! When for getting notified of new versions, it's easy to miss them at the community forum even by subscribing. Given that the code is tracked on this repo, I'd like to suggest tagging the release versions in GitHub, it's quite easy/low maintenance, aligned with best practices (and may even help with organizing development) and people can choose to receive notifications only when a new release comes up.
