Merges afp/contacts -> master

All of the contact & identity management glow CLI commands have been updated to work with the new glow-contacts database (also used by GloUI). Keypairs are still stored in an (unencrypted!) JSON file.

LGTM. I suppose the cli could not be moved to the glow-contacts library?

That's a good question. Some of the commands could probably be placed there, but I think I'd rather do the merge the other way, and pull glow-contacts into glow.
