Ensure that any screenshot showing published documentation has the Powered by GitBook link visible.

A customer raised a good point — that they were able to find examples of screenshots in our docs that don't include the Powered by GitBook link. They tried to use this as justification that they should be able to remove the link. I agree that we need to be fully representing the product in screenshots. This is the screenshot they found that doesn't show the link:
We've scoped this in our documentation updates plan! Closing ticket for cleaning up this repo. We'll definitely do this!
