Describe the bug
The configuration file is not automatically created if it doesn't exist.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Run Gimel Studio from the source code
- See error
Expected Behavior
The configuration file should be created automatically.

#77 did fix this, so not sure why this regression has popped up
