Add toggle button to property foldpanelbar for exposing properties on nodes

The backend for allowing properties to be exposed on node as node sockets is about complete. Now we need to add a toggle button to Properties panel foldpanelbars for exposing properties on nodes.
Suggestions on the icon to use, where the button should be placed, etc is very welcome. 😄
