Create new website

The current landing page design was created for the releases up until v0.5.x was phased out and it shows. This issue tracks creating a new design and website to reflect the now realized v0.6.x series and on-wards.
It should include a Blog, a newsletter signup, a contributor page/section, etc in addition to the usual stuff every software website should have. 😉
In case anyone is interested in collaborating, I have begun on an initial mockup for the website design. Please leave a comment here and/or in the Zulip chat to help out.
