Black Screen to the rest of the UI

Anywhere that isn't the title bar, borders, settings, or drop-down menus are just black.

edit: never mind. it works if I open a existing file.

same here. Opening an existing file works OK but if closed, cannot open another one using the menu option. Also, with an existing image opened, if click on any "File" menu option (i.e. File > New...) i can no longer set layers properties, lock or create new layers on the docked layers window (lower right)...

Remove com.adobe.ccx.start from <PREFIX_PATH> (by default its /home//.photoshopCCV19)/prefix/drive_c/users/mafuyu/PhotoshopSE/Required/CEP/extensions/

You should have that problem solved
