Auto links don't work if concepts names are not unique!

there are some concepts (association concepts) having nonunique names.
This breaks the links from viewpoints and stereotypes to concept.
We have reviewed the model and believe this is cleaned up.
To avoid it happens again
- either make a validation rule in the model or
- in the generator
to warn about such condition
