Use BPMN element Id

In case of bpmn-io, the SVGs specify a data-element-id per block. Use this identifier for the corresponding resource in SpecIF.
Check whether the same approach holds for other BPMN generators.
Motivation: Facilitate detection of corresponding model and graph elements. This permits to jump from the diagram to a shown model element or to show additional information for diagram elements when it is pointed at.
